Places are just that. Places. Where you land. Where your feet brush a pavement, a laneway, a stoney path. 

Cities are just that. Metropolises that grow and expand with the ebb of people. Streets, tracks, lines.

Countries are just that. Places that are inhabited by people in places and metropolises. 

Nationalism is a curse. It makes people starkly identify with their country. Like they are stuck like glue. Holding the fortress. Their metropolis. Their place.

When all the while, we are a random occurrence that lives somewhere.

Can I be anywhere...?
