So Long Lonesome
The wind kicked her hair above her shoulders. The sea in front of her shimmering with a light luminescence, glowing from the dusk that surrounded her.
The cold was bearable, her long coat keeping her safe.
As she stared into the distant horizon, words rattled through her from what was gone. Long gone in a memory, clouded by the bitterness in her mouth. There was sadness as much as longing. An unfortunate life poem that took turns that could not be remedied anymore.
A smile crossed her face.
A glint of something
A moment in time.
One that would keep forever.
Dance. Dance. Dance.
